The reception staff, particularly the attentive lady at the desk, left a positive impression, showcasing genuine hospitality that felt personal. While the facilities are basic, like the shared kitchen and picnic tables, it met our essential needs with a kettle and fridge handy in the corridor. The opportunity to explore local attractions was seamless, with the owner arranging access to unique sites like the historic kaštiel in Jelšava. Though the building's mid-seventies aesthetic might not impress everyone, the value proposition is strong. In a world saturated with luxury options, Penzion Flipper serves as an economical yet satisfying alternative.
